Get hands-on help with Vocordia
Employees can follow this guide step by step - or open a ticket and wait for support.
Or they can finish inside the app.
Vocordia gives voice and cursor guidance directly inside the tools they already use - just say what they need, and Vocordia shows them where to click, step by step, without leaving the window.
How to Add a Video to Canva
Canva supports videos in three ways: upload your own MP4/MOV, use the built-in stock video library, or embed a YouTube/Vimeo link in a design.
Upload your own video
- In the editor, open the Uploads tab in the left sidebar.
- Click Upload files and pick an MP4 or MOV.
- When the upload completes, drag the video onto your canvas.
Use a stock video
- Open the Elements tab in the sidebar.
- Scroll to Videos (or search the term you want).
- Click any clip to drop it on the canvas; some are free, some require Canva Pro.
Embed a YouTube or Vimeo link
- Open Apps → Embed in the sidebar.
- Paste the YouTube or Vimeo URL.
- The video appears on the canvas as a playable embed (works in shared links and presentations, not in static exports like JPG).
Trim and time the video
- Click the video on the canvas.
- Use the scissors icon to split, or drag the edges on the timeline to trim.
- Set animation timing for surrounding text via Animate.
Try it faster with guidance
