Get hands-on help with Vocordia
Employees can follow this guide step by step - or open a ticket and wait for support.
Or they can finish inside the app.
Vocordia gives voice and cursor guidance directly inside the tools they already use - just say what they need, and Vocordia shows them where to click, step by step, without leaving the window.
How to Add a Font to Canva
Custom fonts are added to Canva via the **Brand Kit** (Pro/Teams). Once uploaded, your font shows up in every design's font picker under **Brand kit fonts**.
Confirm requirements
- A Canva Pro or Teams plan.
- A font file you have permission to use, in
.otf,.ttf, or.woff.
Open the Brand Kit
- From the Canva home page, click Brand in the left sidebar.
- Open the Brand Kit you want to add the font to (or create a new one).
Upload the font
- In the Brand Kit, scroll to Brand fonts.
- Click Add new → Upload a font.
- Drag your file in, or pick it from your computer; Canva validates the file format and license.
Use the font in a design
- Open any design and click a text element.
- Click the font name in the top toolbar.
- Find your font under Brand kit fonts at the top of the list and click to apply.
Try it faster with guidance
Skip the menu maze—let Vocordia guide you through it with voice and on-screen cursor guidance so you can upload and apply the font in one go.
