Get hands-on help with Vocordia

Employees can follow this guide step by step - or open a ticket and wait for support.

Or they can finish inside the app.

Vocordia gives voice and cursor guidance directly inside the tools they already use - just say what they need, and Vocordia shows them where to click, step by step, without leaving the window.

How to Create Notion Templates

Notion has two kinds of templates: **template buttons** that duplicate a page on click, and **database templates** that prefill new rows in a database.

Create a page template button

  1. On any page, type /template and choose Template button.
  2. Click Configure to set the button label and the contents that get duplicated.
  3. Build the template content underneath; clicking the button creates a copy below it.

Create a database template

  1. Open a database in any view.
  2. Click the down arrow next to the New button at the top right → + New template.
  3. Build the page contents and properties—every new row created with this template inherits them.

Set a default template

  1. In a database, click the down arrow next to New again.
  2. Hover the template you want as default, click the three-dot menu → Set as default.
  3. Choose whether to apply the default to all views or just the current one.

Reuse and share templates

Right-click any page → Duplicate to copy a template into another workspace. Public templates can be shared via SharePublish to web so others can duplicate them in.

Try it faster with guidance

Skip menu hunting—let Vocordia guide you through it with voice and on-screen cursor guidance so you can ship a template once and stop rebuilding pages.

There's a faster way.

Next time, employees can ask by voice and get step-by-step guidance inside the app - no manual, no ticket.
