Get hands-on help with Vocordia
Employees can follow this guide step by step - or open a ticket and wait for support.
Or they can finish inside the app.
Vocordia gives voice and cursor guidance directly inside the tools they already use - just say what they need, and Vocordia shows them where to click, step by step, without leaving the window.
How to Download a Google Sheet
You can download a Google Sheet to your local computer in several formats from **File** → **Download**, including Excel, CSV, and PDF.
Download as Excel (.xlsx)
- Open the Sheet and go to File → Download.
- Choose Microsoft Excel (.xlsx).
- The file saves to your default downloads folder; formulas and most formatting are preserved.
Download as CSV (current tab)
- Click the tab at the bottom you want to export.
- File → Download → Comma-separated values (.csv).
- Only the active sheet is exported—repeat for each tab if needed.
Download as PDF
- File → Download → PDF (.pdf).
- In the print dialog, choose Current sheet, Workbook, or a Selection.
- Adjust Paper size, Orientation, and Margins, then click Export.
Other formats
The same menu offers OpenDocument (.ods), Web page (.html), and Tab-separated values (.tsv) for niche use cases.
Try it faster with guidance
