How to Find Starred Templates on Canva
Canva lets you star templates and elements you like; they show up in the **Starred** section of the home page sidebar so you can come back to them quickly.
Star a template
- Hover any template card on the home page or in search results.
- Click the star icon that appears in the top-right corner of the card.
- The card is now saved to your starred items.
Find your starred templates
- Open Canva''s home page at canva.com.
- In the left sidebar, click Starred (you may need to expand the sidebar first).
- Use the tabs at the top to switch between Templates, Designs, Elements, and Photos.
Use a starred template
Click any starred template to open it as a new design. Your edits are saved to your account, not back to the template.
Unstar items
Click the filled star on a card to remove it from your starred list. The original template stays available via search.
