Get hands-on help with Vocordia
Employees can follow this guide step by step - or open a ticket and wait for support.
Or they can finish inside the app.
Vocordia gives voice and cursor guidance directly inside the tools they already use - just say what they need, and Vocordia shows them where to click, step by step, without leaving the window.
How to Send Email on Gmail
Sending email in Gmail starts with the **Compose** button. From there you fill in recipients, write the message, optionally attach files, and click **Send**.
Open a new message
- Open Gmail in a browser and click Compose in the top-left corner.
- A small New Message window opens in the bottom-right—you can pop it out with the diagonal-arrow icon for a full-screen view.
Fill in recipients and subject
- In To, type the recipient''s email; Gmail auto-suggests from your contacts.
- Click Cc or Bcc to add visible or hidden secondary recipients.
- Add a clear Subject—it''s the first thing the recipient sees.
Write, format, and attach
- Type your message in the body area.
- Use the bottom toolbar for bold, italics, lists, and links.
- Click the paperclip to attach files from your computer, or the Drive icon for Google Drive files.
