Get hands-on help with Vocordia

Employees can follow this guide step by step - or open a ticket and wait for support.

Or they can finish inside the app.

Vocordia gives voice and cursor guidance directly inside the tools they already use - just say what they need, and Vocordia shows them where to click, step by step, without leaving the window.

How to Sign a Google Doc

Google Docs offers a built-in eSignature feature for many Workspace plans, plus simpler options like inserting a drawn or image-based signature for personal use.

Use the built-in eSignature feature

  1. Open the document and go to ToolseSignature.
  2. Click Get started and add fields like Signature, Initials, Date, and Name by dragging them onto the page.
  3. Add a signer by email and click Request signature—Google emails them a link to sign.

Available on most Workspace plans; if you don''t see it, use one of the options below.

Draw a signature with the Drawing tool

  1. Place the cursor where the signature should appear.
  2. Go to InsertDrawing+ New.
  3. Pick the Line tool → Scribble, draw the signature with your trackpad/mouse, then click Save and Close.
  4. Resize the inserted drawing to fit the line.

Insert a saved signature image

  1. Sign on paper, take a photo, and remove the background (many free tools do this in one click).
  2. In Docs go to InsertImageUpload from computer and pick the file.
  3. Set wrap to In line and resize to match the signature line.

Try it faster with guidance

Skip hunting through menus—let Vocordia guide you through it with voice and on-screen cursor guidance so you can sign and send without losing focus.

There's a faster way.

Next time, employees can ask by voice and get step-by-step guidance inside the app - no manual, no ticket.
